SGGS presents our all-day Spring Seminar and
25th Birthday Celebration

A 25th birthday celebration will be held Friday, April 25th,
starting at 5:00 p.m., at the
Sacramento Turn Verein, 3349 J Street in Sacramento.

The seminar will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the
La Sierra Community Center, 5325 Engle Road, in Carmichael.

Marion Wolfert, AG

Doors open for registration at 7:30 a.m.
Program: 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. with a lunch break

Seminar pre-registration:
for SGGS members: $30 each or $35 per couple
for non-members: $40 each or $50 per
couple
Seminar on-site registration:
for all: $40 per person at the door (space permitting)
Membership* dues paid with your pre-registration entitles you to member
the rates.

You may order a lunch when you pre-register, you may bring your own, or you may leave the facility for lunch. SGGS will provide a lunch for $7.00 if ordered with pre-registration. Lunch includes a deli sandwich, chips, bottled water, and birthday cake.

Please be certain to include the name(s), address(es), telephone number(s), email address(es), and choice of sandwich, if ordering lunch, for all attendees for whom you are registering. If you wish the SGGS member rate, please supply your Member ID number (listed on the address label of Der Blumenbaum). There are no refunds. Your check is your receipt.

Our membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th. If you wish to join mid-year but wish to have your membership be retroactive to July 1, 2007, you may do so. You will receive back issues of Der Blumenbaum from July 1, 2007. Your membership will then be due again on July 1, 2008. If you wish to apply your membership payment to this next year (July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009), you may attend this spring workshop at the member rate, but your membership will not begin until July 1, 2008, and you will not receive back issues of Der Blumenbaum.
Bring your surname cards (or we will have cards and instructions at the seminar on how to fill them out). The surname cards will be collected and the information published in a future issue of Der Blumembaum and thus distributed to our 1,250 members, and 80 libraries and societies.
Print each of your surnames on a separate 3" X 5" index card, include on each card your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Extra blank index cards will be available at the workshop. SGGS's extensive ancestor files (pedigree charts) will also be available for searching.
